Description

Icelandic " eider down " is an exclusive rarity developed by Mother Nature in Iceland’s harsh climate. eider downs are hand-collected from abandoned nests of wild eider ducks. Thanks to their fine feather structure and clumping properties, eider downs regulate temperature and provide cozy warmth with minimal weight. These unique properties make the eider down the true queen among downs. Combined with super-light, breathable cotton batiste, the result is an unprecedented, luxurious sleeping experience.

Panels with 1 cm battens:
The panels hold the filling material in place and ensure consistent thermal insulation. The internal webs prevent the insulation from being disrupted and help avoid thermal bridges. The individual panels are sewn with internal webs—a process that requires a great deal of manual labor—and then filled one by one.
