Simply place the chilled or warmed “Chriesistei Pillow” on the affected area and feel its soothing effects.Heat storage: Place the “Chriesistei Pillow” in the microwave for 4–5 minutes at 400 watts or in an oven preheated to approximately 100 °C for 10–15 minutes. Cold storage: Place the “Chriesistei Pillow” in the freezer for about 45 minutes.
